LaserCard Receives $2.1 Million Order for Saudi Arabia National ID Card Program

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif. – March 16, 2011 – LaserCard Corporation, a leading provider of government ID solutions, has received a purchase order valued at approximately $2.1 million for chip-ready, optical security media-based credentials for the Saudi Arabia National ID Card program.

The ID cards are issued to Saudi citizens nationwide for identification, e-government and regional travel purposes.
