Crossmatch Support Request

We're transitioning to our new support web portal! Our old portal and the new portal will be unavailable until further notice while we make the transition. If you need support for DigitalPersona® AD and/or LDS products, please email your support requests to [email protected].

We will provide an update as to when the new portal will be available. What does this mean for you once this is live?

  • Submitting support cases for DigitalPersona AD or LDS will be via our new HID Global Community Portal.
  • Register here to use the portal. Each organization will have a maximum of 5 registrations.
  • Fill out the form using your corporate email address. You will then receive auto-generated emails to activate your account and choose your password.
  • Through the HID Global Community Portal, you will be able to submit new tickets, see ticket history, as well as access our Knowledge Base.
