Inside Sales will conduct outbound communications and campaigns with HID end user, key consultants, strategic business alliances, leads and prospective new customers to provide consistent product knowledge expertise and unified message in a pre-sales capacity for HID Global IAM products and solutions.
Inside Sales will receive and process inbound communications which will capitalize on HID IAM Solutions and/or services and manage relationships with end users and contacts while utilizing the CRM tool.

Ideally, the individual chosen for this key role will have good telephone sales techniques, along with project management experience and good administration skills. This will allow the individual to play a strong role in supporting HID’s growth in EMEA.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

•Categorization and management of leads: Process Sales Leads from available sources i.e. campaigns, events, enter new leads to SFDC, assign to end user manager/APP partner, monitor, record and report results
•Participate in conference calls for end users and APP partners as requested from Sales Managers
•Record and maintain HID Global CRM tool to maximize opportunities :

1.Log and follow up on opportunities
2.For up selling of added technology, products and/or services
3.For share of wallet
4.Provide ongoing data combing and cleaning within SFDC to maintain accuracy of records
5.Manage and perform lead qualification (inquiry) tasks: Plan, implement, conduct and record call, email and direct mail campaigns

•Plan and conduct presentation of HID IAM Solutions to end users / consultants via phone, direct mail and email.
•Conduct inbound and outbound campaigns, coordinate for projects and other sales activities maintaining and developing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
•Provide complete and professional communications to prepare and conduct product demonstration & webinars for lead qualification and relationship building purposes. Communicate these results and action items through SFDC
•Develop (per geo/%in bound-outbound/new-SoW biz/campaign) and report on metrics to clearly demonstrate lead management performance

•Help to specify part numbers using HTOG, Web Tools or other HID resources (incl. when needed CPOs)
•Efficiently manage time, blocking for outbound campaigns, tasks and assignments
•Manage new product introductions facing the end user and consultant; be subject matter expert in key products related to regional SGIs.
•Liaise with CS and update the sales team on key information relating to product stop ships, material constraints, failures and financial on hold status of APP Gold and Platinum partners.
•Liaise between presales and/or tech support to prevent end user being bounced off
•Understand APP program: Enabled with distribution and Second Tier knowledge to be able to pass the leads to Gold and Platinum partners and Second Tier for lead follow up.

Education/Experience Required

•Associate degree or equivalent training and experience in sales, territory sales or customer service, ideally in security (IT/access control)
•Minimum 3 years sales experience in inside sales or account management
•Proven & verifiable track record of successful quota achievement
•Knowledge and Experience of Sales force
•Fluent English a must have and a second language (Must have either German, Turkish or Russian as a second language).
•Effective sales skills and up to date telecommunication and cold call skills
•Effective and proven contact management database skills
•Demonstrated communication and presentation skills
•Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
•Professional appearance and presentation as required

Computer Skills

•Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
•Experience with Lotus notes is preferred.
•Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
•Experience working with web based tools, Oracle and Salesforce

•May involve an occasional business trip or to attend trade shows; therefore, employee must possess or can acquire a driver’s license, a credit card, and a passport.
