The Sales Analyst is responsible of the data framework for Sales, both the design as well as the administration & communication of said Sales analysis, Reports and Processes for the Identity and Access Management Systems Business Unit (IAMS) sales group.
Ideally, the individual chosen for this key role will have experience in managing data analysis tools and configuring a data Universe.
The scope of the position will work as part of a cross-functional team between Sales, IT and Finance and will impact all levels of the company. The Sales Analyst will work in IAMS Sales Team and will be based in Fremont, California.

Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
• Manage weekly forecast collection and discussion. Work with the sales team, finance, and IT to ensure information is accurate and timely.
• Generate weekly sales reports - By Geo, By Named Account, By Rep - QTD, YTD, % Quota QTD, YTD, By Channel, By Product
• Coordination with IT and finance to automate weekly reporting
• Manage the generation of weekly Sales Pipeline reports. Report the value of opportunities in the pipeline and provide statistics on win/loss ratios, critical Success Factors, Revenue to plan, Pipeline by rep by solution, RFP outlook, Hot Issues, etc.

• 3+ years in a similar position, ideally within a Sales environment and for a Software vendor.
• Excellent analytical, financial, written and verbal communication skills and detail-oriented approach
• Demonstrated time management, communication, decision-making, presentation and organization skills.
• Ability to manage, build teamwork and carry out objectives independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to generate and work in a team-oriented atmosphere.
• Ability to work across multiple teams in multiple locations and encourage collaboration between departments.

Education Requirements
• BS or BA required.

Computer Skills
• Familiar with Macro, VBA programming, and Business Analytics software
