HID Global is looking for you, a TRISM Project Manager responsible for delivering TRISM Instant Issuance projects to Financial Institutions on schedule and with client satisfaction a key requirement.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Directs and coordinates project activities to ensure project progresses on schedule and within prescribed budget.
• Manages multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creates and maintains project plans and schedules.
• Coordinates project activities with internal shipping, installation, training, and technical support resources.
• Coordinates project activities with client and partner project managers.
• Originates and leads project calls as required.
• Monitors client satisfaction and escalates as required.
• Prepares project reports for management, client, and others as required.
• Attend weekly meetings and or calls at the office.

Required Knowledge / Experience:
• Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) from four-year College or university; and up to 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• PMP or CAPM certification preferred
• Experience delivering hardware and software solutions
• Experience working with Financial Institutions
• Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, etc.
• Proficient in Project Management Software (Microsoft Project, Smartsheets, etc)
• Windows networking, Citrix and Virtual Desktop knowledge would be beneficial but not required

• Detail oriented while maintaining an extremely positive attitude
• Must be able to work independently and productively with minimum supervision
• Ability to communicate effectively in the English language verbally and in writing
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States
• Travel and fieldwork including international travel, therefore employee must possess or can acquire a valid Passport
• Compliance to all relevant HID Global policies and procedures related to Quality, Security, Safety, Business Continuity, and Environmental systems
